Paid features are offered only through app Subscriptions (Ofside Pro). By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

  • Payment Information: Financial details used to process Subscription payments (handled by Razorpay or Apple; we do not store full card or UPI credentials).

  • Location Information: GPS or other positioning data from your device, when you grant permission.
  • Non-Personal Information: Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you.
  • Third Party: Any entity other than you or Ofside.

  • Account Registration: When you register, we collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and address.
  • Subscriptions: We receive subscription status, plan type, transaction identifiers, and billing metadata from Razorpay (Android) or Apple (iOS) to activate and manage Ofside Pro.
  • Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect Device Information and usage patterns (e.g., pages viewed, clicks).
  • Location Services: With your consent, we may collect Location Information for app features that use location (not for venue booking).
  • Contacts Access: If you grant permission, we may access your address book to help you connect with friends; this data is stored temporarily and only used to facilitate in-app features.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, enhance security, personalize content, and deliver targeted promotions. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function.

III. Use of Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
  • Process, verify, and manage app Subscriptions and account plan status.
  • Send confirmations, receipts, and important notices.
  • Personalize user experience and deliver relevant promotions.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Personal Information to unaffiliated Third Parties for marketing purposes.
